I. Scope of This Disclaimer

This Overseas Client Pricing and Export Disclaimer (the "Disclaimer") is intended to explain the following matters as they appear on the MYUCAR overseas client platform:

•      Prices displayed on platform pages;

•      Estimated CIF;

•      Export eligibility;

•      The boundaries of any final transaction;

•      Whether or not particular fees are included.

II. General Notes on Price Display

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant page or in a subsequent formal commercial document, any vehicle price displayed on the platform shall be understood as a reference price, a display price, an estimated price, or a price quoted subject to conditions.

By using the platform, the user acknowledges and agrees that:

•      Displayed prices are subject to change;

•      Displayed prices may be based on assumptions valid only at a particular point in time;

•      Displayed prices do not, in and of themselves, constitute a final, fixed or legally binding offer;

•      Any final transaction price remains subject to subsequent confirmation, document verification, target-market rules, and the formal contract to be executed.

III. Notes on Estimated CIF

Where a page shows an "Estimated CIF" figure or a similar export-oriented price indicator, the user acknowledges and agrees that:

•      CIF-related figures are conditional estimates only;

•      An Estimated CIF does not automatically equate to the final landed cost;

•      CIF-related figures may be affected by the destination market, freight, insurance, exchange rates, completeness of documentation, and logistics conditions;

•      Actual final prices may differ from the estimated figures displayed on the page.

IV. Fees That May Not Be Included in the Displayed Price

Unless the platform or a subsequent formal commercial document expressly provides otherwise, prices displayed on the platform (including any Estimated CIF) shall generally be understood as NOT including, without limitation, the following:

•      Taxes and duties in the destination country;

•      Customs clearance fees;

•      Certification and homologation fees;

•      Registration and licensing fees;

•      Local inland transportation fees;

•      The impact of exchange-rate fluctuations;

•      Additional insurance premiums;

•      Port, warehousing, and handling/loading fees;

•      Compliance-adjustment costs.

Accordingly, the user shall not treat any price displayed on the platform as the complete final landed cost.

V. Public Display Does Not Guarantee Exportability

The fact that a vehicle appears on a public page of the platform does not, in itself, mean that:

•      All export preparations for that vehicle have been completed;

•      All export documentation is in order;

•      The vehicle is suitable for every destination market;

•      The vehicle satisfies all applicable policy, compliance, and operational requirements.

Whether a vehicle can ultimately be exported may still depend on: the completeness of documentation, the condition of the vehicle, vehicle-age restrictions, rules of the destination country, compliance review, logistics conditions, the final contract, and offline confirmation procedures.

VI. Vehicle Information and Prices Are Subject to Change

The vehicle inventory, prices, tags, and export status displayed on the platform may change for reasons including, without limitation: the vehicle has been sold; documentation has been updated; pricing has been updated; market strategy has been adjusted; compliance review; operational adjustments.

Accordingly, the platform reserves the right to update, adjust, hide, remove, or re-classify vehicle information at any time.

VII. Public Pages Do Not Constitute a Final Transaction Commitment

The display of a vehicle on a page — whether accompanied by a price, an Estimated CIF, or any export-related tag — does not, in itself, constitute a final transaction commitment.

Any final transaction, price, export arrangement, or delivery arrangement shall be governed by the subsequent formal process, which may include: contact and confirmation, document verification, price re-verification, destination-market confirmation, logistics confirmation, and the execution of a formal contract.

VIII. Boundaries After External Contact

When the user clicks a WhatsApp, telephone, or email contact action, the user may enter a third-party service environment and communicate further with a dealer, customer-service representative, or other relevant personnel.

The user acknowledges and agrees that:

•      Any prices, export conditions, or delivery conditions provided during such subsequent communications may further update and clarify the information displayed on the platform;

•      Third-party services are governed by their own rules;

•      The platform does not warrant the completeness, timeliness, or data-handling practices of communication records maintained by such third-party services.

IX. Market and Policy Risk

Export operations are affected by numerous dynamic factors, including without limitation: changes in destination-country policy; changes in customs and compliance requirements; exchange-rate fluctuations; port and shipping conditions; changes in insurance; and changes in logistics capacity.

Accordingly, information displayed on the platform at any given point in time may need to be adjusted subsequently.

X. Adjustment Rights Reserved by the Platform

Where reasonably necessary, the platform reserves the right to:

•      Adjust prices displayed on pages;

•      Adjust the basis on which Estimated CIF is calculated;

•      Update or remove export-related tags;

•      Adjust the visibility of vehicle listings;

•      Restrict the display of specific vehicles or listings in specific markets.

Such adjustments may be based on: commercial needs, compliance needs, operational needs, legal requirements, or technical adjustments.
